Submit a question

A question you can find in a textbook is a question firms have stopped asking. What people need is what came up last month.

You do not have to remember it perfectly. A question you half remember, with the firm's name on it, is worth more than a polished one from a book.

   Log in, or sign up

   Create an account if you do not have one. Google works in one click. We need it to tell you when your question is approved.

   Open the form

   In the sidebar, scroll down to Community and select Submit Question.

   Title and question

   A short title, then the question as it was asked to you. For maths, put it between dollar signs: $\frac{n(n+1)}{2}$.

   Discipline, topic, difficulty

   This is how we decide who gets shown the question. Roughly right is fine.

   Where it was asked

   The company. This is the most useful box on the form: it is what lets someone practise the firm they are actually interviewing at.

   The answer

   And the reasoning, if you can. An answer on its own teaches nobody anything.

   Submit to review

   You get an email when it has been read.

A human reads it. We check the question is real, the answer is right, and the topic and difficulty make sense. If something is off we usually fix it rather than reject it.

Once it is through, it joins the practice bank and anyone preparing for that firm can be given it.
