Who we are

MyQuantPartner was founded by Edward Bauduin and Omar Toufelaz, two engineering students who spent a long time preparing for quant interviews.

Along the way we noticed the same two problems. The material was scattered across books, forums and half a dozen services, with no single place to work through it. And none of it trained the thing interviews actually test: thinking out loud.

Solving a problem on paper counts for very little if you cannot express it. You have to narrate your reasoning, choose clear words, and stay coherent while someone watches you do it. That skill is the one candidates practise least and get judged on most.

So we built both halves. One place to centralise quant interview preparation, and a mock interview system that makes you say your reasoning out loud and grades how you did.

Edward now works as a software engineer. Omar is a quantitative researcher in New York.
