Copyright Policy

How to tell us about content on MyQuantPartner that you believe infringes your rights, and what we do about it.

1. The fastest way to reach us

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, the quickest route is to email us directly at [email protected]. We read every message, and in most cases we can review and remove material within 24 hours.

You are free to send a formal DMCA notice instead, or as well. The requirements are in section 3.

2. Where our content comes from

Our interview questions, solutions, explanations, and study material are written by us. Company-specific problem sets are compiled from the interview experiences of our own team and from contributions submitted by our community of users, and are written in our own words. They are not supplied, reviewed, approved, or licensed by any company they reference.

Parts of the Service also carry material submitted by users. Where someone has posted something they did not have the right to post, this page is how you tell us.

3. Sending a DMCA takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our Designated Copyright Agent. We will review the material, may remove or disable access to it, and may notify the user who posted it.

Your notice must include:

  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, and information sufficient to let us locate it on the Service
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices to:

MyQuantPartner, LLC

Email: [email protected]

Subject line: DMCA Takedown Request

5. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must identify the material and where it appeared, include your contact information, and state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

6. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

7. Trademarks

Company names and logos on this site belong to their owners and appear only to indicate which interviews our material is aimed at. MyQuantPartner has no affiliation with any of them. If you own a trademark and believe it is used incorrectly here, write to us at [email protected] and we will review it promptly. Our full statement is in the Legal Notice.
