Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Does the free tier include mock interviews?
Yes. The free tier gives you complete, graded mock interviews. The only difference is the source of the questions: free accounts receive generic questions, while paid plans unlock questions drawn from real company interviews.
What counts as a minute?
We measure the wall-clock time between the moment a session starts and the moment you end it, rounded up to the nearest whole minute.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You retain full access to the rest of the platform, including your interview history, your reports and your account. Your allowance is restored at the start of your next billing period, and you may upgrade at any time to continue immediately.
Do unused minutes carry over?
No. Allowances are reset at the start of each billing period rather than accumulated, which keeps pricing predictable. If you consistently need more, we recommend moving to a higher plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged in error, for instance after cancelling your subscription, we will of course refund you.
