• MyQuantPartner provides an AI-powered interview preparation platform for quantitative finance roles, including mock interviews, a question bank across 32+ topics, and performance tracking tools.
• The Service includes free and premium subscription tiers with different levels of access (mock interview minutes, topics, difficulty levels, and features).
• Premium access is granted immediately upon successful payment via our third-party payment processor.
• All sales are final, subject to Section 5 below.

• There are no age limits on using this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up and when using the Service.
• You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose of interview preparation, not to redistribute, resell, or systematically extract question bank content.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address for account management and communications.
• You will not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated scraping, load testing, or abuse of the AI mock interview system.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• MyQuantPartner will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

• Payments for premium plans are processed via our third-party payment processor.
• Premium plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law, or in cases of technical issues preventing access to paid features.
• If you are a consumer located in the European Union or in France, you may benefit from a legal right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law; see Section 13 for details on how this interacts with our governing law.

• The Service integrates with third-party providers for payments, hosting, and AI processing (including large language model providers).
• Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
• MyQuantPartner is not responsible for the performance, availability, or data practices of these third-party services.

• The Service and its content, including interview questions, feedback, scoring methodology, and materials, are owned by MyQuantPartner or its licensors.
• Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal interview preparation purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly share, or modify the content of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Questions and materials contributed by users (if applicable) remain subject to a license granted to MyQuantPartner to use, display, and adapt such content within the Service.

• MyQuantPartner's interview preparation materials, mock interviews, and scoring are provided for guidance and to help improve your technical skills.
• MyQuantPartner does not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the materials or AI-generated feedback.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the Service.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
• MyQuantPartner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional career or educational advice.

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
• We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.
• MyQuantPartner is not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions or downtime.

• MyQuantPartner may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or as applicable law requires.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• Upon termination, your premium access will be stopped (if applicable) and you will no longer be allowed to access paid features of the platform.

• MyQuantPartner may update these Terms from time to time, with changes posted on this page.
• Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country or region of residence (including, for users located in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection law) grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, in which case those mandatory provisions will apply to the extent required by law.

By creating an account you agree to appear on the public leaderboard. This is on by default.

• While you appear on the leaderboard, the information in your user profile is shared with other users. That includes your handle, your display name, your avatar, and the progress you have earned: experience points, aura, badges, rank, streaks, and solve counts.
• Your email address, your billing details, and your individual answers and submissions are never shown on the leaderboard or on your public profile.
• You can turn this off at any time. Go to your profile settings and switch off Show on leaderboard. You will stop appearing in the rankings, and you keep full use of the Service.
• Turning it off does not erase rankings that were already published, cached, or captured elsewhere before you changed the setting.

• To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address the account is registered to. There is no self-serve delete button today, so the request has to reach us by email. We action it within one month, as required by the GDPR.
• Deleting the account removes your personal data. Records we are required to keep, such as payment and invoicing history, are retained for as long as the law requires, which the GDPR permits under Article 17(3).
• Deleted accounts can be restored by contacting support within a limited window. Afterward, a new account must be created with a separate email.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, our Copyright Policy explains how to tell us, what a DMCA notice must contain, and how to reach our Designated Copyright Agent.

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Without other restrictions in these Terms, you expressly agree not to:

• Systematically copy, scrape, or bulk-extract questions, answers, solutions, or other content from the Service, whether manually or through automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute a substantial part of the question bank or its solutions, in whole or in a compiled form, on another platform, repository, or service.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content obtained through your use of the Service.
• Use the Service, or content obtained from it, to train, fine-tune, or benchmark a competing product.
• Attempt to manipulate, confuse, instruct, or otherwise interfere with any automated grader, evaluator, or scoring system on the Service, including by submitting text addressed to the grader rather than to the question, in order to obtain scores, experience points, aura, badges, leaderboard positions, or any other reward you did not earn.

Manipulating a grader is a serious breach: it corrupts the leaderboard and the progress data of every other user. Any account that does so may be suspended or permanently banned without notice and without refund, and the scores and rewards obtained that way may be revoked.

Sharing individual questions or excerpts (for example, on social media or with a study group) for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. What is prohibited is mass or systematic copying that reconstitutes a significant part of the Service's content elsewhere.

By using the Service, you may receive promotional emails from us. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or by opting out through your account settings.

• MyQuantPartner has no affiliation with any company named or depicted anywhere on this website or within the Service. We are not partnered with, sponsored by, endorsed by, employed by, or otherwise connected to any of them, and you may not assume any such relationship exists.
• Our company-specific problem sets are compiled from the interview experiences of our own team and from contributions submitted by our community of users. They are our own material, written by us, and are not supplied, reviewed, approved, or licensed by any company they reference.
• Company names appear only to indicate which interviews a given set of material is aimed at. See our Legal Notice for our full statement on third-party trademarks.
